I’m Gina Lindsey, Founder of Lindsey Planning Group.
​Growing up, both of my parents were financially competent. My father was a good earner and saver and my mother taught me the value of working hard and spending wisely. As a single parent, my mother built a business, lived within her means and provided a comfortable home for us.
​I learned a healthy balance between saving and enjoying life.

It wasn’t until four of my Aunts experienced life events that I truly understood the power of financial competence.  Because these women were not comfortable or aware of their financial resources and what their money could do for them, these life experiences totally derailed them, causing them to feel insecure and anxious. It didn’t matter whether they lost a spouse, went on disability or decided to retire. I realized that many women were like my Aunts, even younger women who had thriving careers and were highly capable individuals. They also lacked the financial know how, causing them to feel anxious. Watching women I loved struggle unnecessarily solidified my belief that financial competence for women is essential to living a comfortable life with financial confidence.

These realizations are why my true mission as a financial advisor is to help women fully embrace their financial future. My goal is to provide an environment where they are comfortable asking questions and where they can trust the process. I want to empower individuals by helping them understand WHY they are making certain financial decisions - only then can they truly gain the confidence they need to feel secure.

Although Vicki is a British native, she has been in the US for over 17 years and recently moved from NJ to sunny SC with her husband and 2 children.  She and Gina have enjoyed working together in various capacities since 2007 and continue to bring out the best in one another.
